went for the canon product training for my s95. lucky i had yinling wif me. =)

learnt the functions of the camera. still v noob at it. took v noob shots. lol.

there's also photo stitching. cool. but got to use the prog to stitch. dun have to take v perfect overlapping shots. the prog will adjust for u.

and many more functions. the above looks normal. ya. tt's probably what u find in every other camera also. but i guess the thing about s95 is really the manual part where u play around wif aperture and shuttle speed and exposure all tt. so i really need more occasions to try them out and really learn how to use it. for now. i'm really excited bout bring my camera out to take pictures! the sweet smell of freedom~~~~~ =)

but today, i decided to forgo cycling wif my frenz cox it's way in the east and i've got tuition at nite. it would be so sian to go there and force myself to leave early so tt i got time to shower and eat dinner before tuition. it takes me about 1.5hrs travelling time from home to there and vice versa.

so i told myself to be guai and packed my notes nicely.

though exams are not over yet, i'm alr looking forward to the after-exams programs! USS then overseas trips. =) if u're gg overseas u'll definitely wan to capture all those beautiful sceneries. therefore i got myself a new camera!

i was eye-ing on ixus 220 HS actually. then i was talking to my fren bout getting new camera. she told me bout this and tt her frenz who owns one are recommending this. but cox of the price i sticked to ixus 220 HS. but then i told my boyfriend bout it and he ALSO say this camera is good based on what his frenz told him. so okay~ i started comparing the two cameras. to me, i still think ixus 220 HS is good enuff. but since camera is once in a long while buy one and my boyfriend's helping me pay half regardless of which camera i was getting, so i got this! hahahahaha. haven really start using it yet. hence the shot of the box only. >.<

i'm supppose to be still studying you see. haha. tml the last day! and it ends in the morning thankfully. cant wait to bring my new baby out. =) signed up for the complimentary product training. cant be buy semipro and i use auto all the way rite? >.< need to go how to use the functions. there isnt any guide book except how to set up ur camera. so ya. if not kena scolding by boyfriend for wasting his money if i duno how to maximise the potential of the camera. haha. free training anyway. x)

all these talks about voting for opposition is flooding my fb newsfeed and it is really v irritating. If u like opposition, jus vote for them. dun brain wash ppl to vote for them too. it does not work this way. somemore ppl are like randomly like-ing opposition's fb pages. even if they are from different opposition parties. bottom line: they jus wan to support opposition. why? because they think tt the current ruling party are not doing a good job. some ppl make notes listing out all the faults of the ruling party. but who doesnt make mistakes? u wan to blame them for the flood. u wan to blame them for rising costs. u even wan to blame them for kate spade's withdrawal from sg. the last thing is seriously ridiculous. rising costs is inevitable like seriously and it's not like they are not doing anything. izzit u want it such that everyone is rich then u're happy? sorry tt is NEVER gg to happen. because tt is the way the world goes. 80% of the world's wealth goes to only 20% of the population and 80% of the wealth of the richest goes to the 20% of the riches. i.e.roughly, the wealth of the top 3 wealthiest man add tgt is more than the wealth of the next 7 add tgt.

and what makes u think tt the oppositions would do a better job? some of their proposals are not even feasible or efficient. like nationalising the public transport? heavy burden on the govt and no incentive for improvement on the service line. din they learn all these in school? reducing gst to 5%? i know it sounds appealing but we all learn about inflation. gst dun rise v good liao. still can decrease? then govt go where get money to finance development of sg?

okay i know it doesnt harm to give it a shot. they might jus do a better job. for tt i cant deny. we wun know until we try. but look at the situation now. the most no. of seat contested by any party is only 20+ out of 82. so tt's one quarter. tt means if everyone vote opposition, regardless of what party they are, then we'll have 7 parties in the parliament? hello?!?!??! y got so many party? because each party got diff goal and vision for sg rite? then u put everyone wif diff view inside. it's only creating chaos can? think ppl THINK!

so ppl. please stop telling others y shd not vote for ruling party and vote for opposition(in general) it's really NOT helping. if u wan vote for opposition. fine. u vote. dun psycho ppl with all the "why-u-shd-not-vote-for-the-ruling-party" nonsense. it would definitely be more convincing to psycho ppl to vote for one or two of the oppositions on why they shd be voted. not y we shdnt vote whoever. -.-

it is a bad day today. guess it's the time to blog again.

morning woke up to the noisy door bell cox of some delivery for my mummy and i was the only person home. it wasnt even 9 yet! i plan to wake up at 9.30 de lor. somemore i was clothed in my ugly home clothes. those u wun even want to wear to ur void deck. but no time to care le. i wasnt even waken even to think about such.

anyway. tt was only one of the thing tt contribute to a bad day. when i decided to go to slp, i tot i'll check my phone first. and there it was. the news of someone's pass away.obviously then, i couldnt be gg round telling ppl hw bad my day started out cox of the above two rite? guess it'll be gd to keep a blog.

and it's only 10 am now. please dun give me more bad experiences. gotta go to funeral later. :( a sad and emotional place. but as my fren said. it's part of life.......

Been listening to this album these two days...

one word. electrifying.

I dun really know how to describe but it's definitely not the usual britney songs. if u've heard the song "hold it against me" from this album and u like it then i'm sure u'll like the album. cox the whole album is that kind of style. none soothing sentimental song unlike her past albums.

today was stay at home and cook day. so here are some of the stuff we need. missing are cabbage, sweet potatoes,eggs, olive oil, mayo and whipping cream

here are the cabbages. first we start wif the salad.

the weather is so hot even the hard boiled eggs wants some ice~

add in the tunas,

mix in the mayo and bacon bits and we're done! =)

the sweet potato fries. v easy. jus cut them and coat them wif olive oil, paprika,cinnamon and salt and pop them into the oven for 30 minutes. =)

and our failed attempt at making chocolate mousse. so aint gg to type out the recipe since there's probably better recipes out there. of course i dun blame the recipe. but i tried to followed as much. some steps aint v clear also. so ya. the final product tasted more like ice cream. haha. still edible at least. if not it would have been a total waste~

wasnt much of a proper meal. oh wells. jus trying out some stuff. not ready to prepare a whole meal yet. the most is only pasta + soup? lol. working towards better meals la. i'll try harder nxt time. till then. =)

Xperia arc is finally available at telecom store today! official release was ytd. today available in stores i chiong down to buy liao. haha. partly also cox buy before 4th april i get a mont blanccase!!!!!!!!!! nice. but then can only redeem for it on weekdays. so i got phone but no case yet. =\

super big screen. lol. i bet when ppl see my phone the first comment would be. "wa ur phone so big!" aiya. okay la. slightly longer than my ipod touch. but i think it looks big cox of the screen.

bravia engine! woot! now tt i have data plan i can watch vid online if i gets too bored on the train. hehe. my ipot touch got no vid cox those in my com de all need to convert format and i duno y some they dun let me convert. especially those i haven watch de. i only successfully converted the vampire diaries season 1 but i watched it alr~ zzz. so ya. v happy now got smartphone. more options. =)

long awaited. i've been staring at it on the SE website since few mths back lor. and my SE phone was dying also. first is the screen will die when i slide close my phone. basically the phone is still on, still functioning. but the screen jus wun light up. so i had to keep telling myself to not slide close my phone which is quite dumb. what's a slide phone if i cant slide? lol. then the no. 9 button spoilt! zzz. had hard time msging. so i decided to retire the phone before arc came out. used a spare nokia phone E71 but i find the phone super not user friendly. things like if i receive an sms from a no. i nv save in my sim card/phone, once i save le the msges-before-saving-the-no. still

doesnt reflect the name of the person who sent me the phone. so since i din update my contacts in sim, i had quite a few unknown smses. makes it v hard for me to track previous msges since the names wun show. zzz. and other stuff also la. but i'm still grateful tt i had a spare phone to use for the time being.

today would have been a wonderful day if not for my heels. it's like once in a million years tt i decides to wear heels out lor. partly cox i simply love my new heels tt i wanna wear it out. BUT! the ribbon, which is the design of the shoe fell off! =( on my left heel. and today is the FIRST day i wore it lei. =( so sad~~~~~~~ i really really like the design a lot. it's nt cheap lor. 34.90 but it's like i bought the pair few weeks back so i dun dare go back the shop ask for xchange also. =( how?!?! i walked ard town with one heel wif ribbon, one heel w/o. haiz. a bit disappointed. cox i had another pair of shoes from the same shop also. also like the design lots. but one metal thing also broken after few months. a shop tt sells nice shoes but cui quality. not cheap somemore. *cries* i'm v picky bout shoes le. tt's y i dun have many pairs at home. tot i found my fav shoe shop. guess i wun buy from there anymore. boos.

been trying to search for the latest episode of survivor online since late afternoon but aint getting any luck wif that. feel so sad. previously it's always up on youtube the next day it's aired but now it's been two days alr~ same thing happened to the amazing race 18 episode 6. it was only available on youtube on wed which before tt(till episode 5) i would be able to find it on tue. wonder why it's changed to two days. haix. so i'm stuck here feeling bored with no motivation to study.

started watching the amazing race few weeks back when i realise they wun be air-ing the vampire diaries for a while(till 7april. which is nxt week! like finally! it probably stopped for a mth alr~) but what i din realise when i started watching was tt the latest season showed till episode 3 or 4 only! lol. so i ran out of vid v fast. and i din wan to watch the past seasons ones. so i tried watching survivor which was my less favorite. but it's jus one episode ahead of amazing race also. so again stuck. hahaha. but tt's nt the point. i'm not really into survivor cox they talk a lot. and i'm nt used to watching eng shows w/o subtitle cox my english is kinda poor. but then this season really got me addicted to watching cox the "plot" is so interesting! both teams have one experience member who has nv won. one team had ron. one team had russel. i rmb watching one season wif russel in it. the one he kept finding the hidden immunity w/o any clue. and i totally hate him! he's so scheming and i was glad he din win. hahahaha. and smart enuff this team PURPOSELY lose a challenge to kick him out. good riddance. and the poor girls who sticked to him from the start waited to be sent off too. the other team tt had ron are being manipulated by him. he even tricked his alliance tt he had stomachache so tt he can go hunt for the hidden immunity and sure enuff he found it. i wonder y nobody decided to go against him yet. he's such a dictator! rawr. but tt's what makes the other team interesting to watch also. and of course there's the new introduction of redemption island where those voted out gets a chance to come back into the game at some pt of time. a guy matt has beaten 3 girls who got voted out and survived redemption island. but he's nt back into the game yet. i hope he gets to go back. the round tt he got voted out was a total surprise! he wasnt even in the minority alliance. so i hope he gets his chance at revenge. faster send him back into the game~ it isnt easy to be able to beat so many newly voted out ppl in so many different challenge. needs a lot of luck and wits.

hahahahhahaha. sudden urge to start blogging again. probably because there is so much things i wanna talk about recently. wanted a start a new blog but now sch term so busy~ where got time to go make a new blog. i probably forgot how to edit the skin all tt le. haha. the info in this blog is probably way outdated.

oh wells. happy thing number 1. my tutee gave me cookies home baked. =) i like home baked stuff. today out of random-ness i went to google for food recipe! but some are too difficult in the sense the ingredients dun look common to me. oh well. i'm nt able to list any examples here cox they are really too alien to me so i cant rmb them! haha. but i managed to find a recipe for chocolate mousse which i think it's quite do-able w/o proper baking equipment in the kitchen. I dun own the kitchen u see. so i dun really have a say what i wan to have in the kitchen. got to consider the space constraint. nxt time my own hse confirm got all the baking equipment. whisking machine(is tt what it's called? lol. okay. how bout egg beating+flour mixing machine? hahahaha) oven. moulds for cakes and muffins etc. hehe. oh well. and i found the recipe for sweet potato fries! super easy to make. cut the sweet potatoes into stripes, coat it wif olive oil and salt OR olive oil and salt and paprika and cinnamon. haven decided which one i wanna try though. then bake in oven for 30 mins. super easy rite? dun even have to fry. if it's nice maybe i will share the recipe wif the appropriate proportions. i've tried sweet potato fries at 15 minutes cafe before and i love it! but too bad when i went there again it was out of the menu. i wonder why.

many 21st party this year~! ytd(30th jan.sat) i had my 4th 21st bdae cake for the month! hoho~ wat a record. suddenly felt like blogging bout ytd's party. party at the mac. ppl might luff at that idea. but come to think of it it's quite cool isnt it. cox how often so u get to play games with your frens? especially having them hold hands and go through hula hoops. cool huh. =) imagine all the 21-to-be and those alr 21 play such game. i think it's really an experience of a life time.

other 21st party were great too. great chance to meet up with my old frenz. chit chat take photo. =) nice. love it!

still aint getting new blogskin. simply l.a.z.y. no-tutorial weeks are o~v~e~r boo-hoo. means more and more work coming up. plus one proj for my singapore studies. group aint even form yet. cox i'm taking with 4 other frenz but the group can only be 3-4 ppl. boo-ness. more bdae parties coming up too. jux came back from yinling's. happy birthday~!

ytd was boyfriend's 21st too~! and we finally went up the flyer together like we said we would. =) my second time up the flyer. but the feeling is so different~! probably cox of the company. =) but this time round though it was a weekday, it was quite packed. so we shared the capsule or watever it was called with other ppl. then there was this ang moh couple. whom we ltr see then at taka! lol! so qiao3 can. but they din see us la. yh spotted them though. i'm not good at recognising ppl's face. i mux see like 4-5 times then i can rmb a person's face. =x unless is like one-to-one like tuition la. spend 2 hrs together i think one lesson is enuff for me to rmb how my tuition kid look like.

love my this semester's timetable though lesson till 10pm on thu is er xin to the max. cox i dun hav any finish at 6pm day which means i dun hav to squeeze the public transport. x) and it's only 4 days week! no 8am lesson also! woot~! though 8am lessons are like history to me le. =x

cny coming in less than a month's time. but no new clothes bought yet. oops! shall go shopping soon~! lalalala

HELLO EARTHLINGS! HAPPY21010!!!!

hoho. i know i'm late for like 6 days alr? and i haven been blogging for ages. haha. but i'm REALLY v lazy. =x the whole of my holiday is mostly filled with work. and work ended on 3rd jan. now i'm officially jobless. still hasnt gotten any new tuition assignment yet. T.T no more income~ *cries*

non-working days are filled with out-of-house activities. so i haven stayed at home for the whole day for a single day since work start. oops. so on the 4th i stayed at home and rest for the first time~ though i've only worked for less than a mth but it seemed like a long time~ maybe cox the journey to work is v long. and the job is v tiring for my feet. since it's been a long while since i've got a standing job. got to wear heels some more. and i'm sure everyone ard me knows i dun wear heels AT ALL. except for once last year for my fren's party cox she wanted it. no choice. and the last would then be my pjc prom which is history alr.

now i'm uni year 2.5 stepping into my 4th sem nxt week. 4/6 sem since i'm not doing honours. omg la. half of my uni life is gone~ and i'm stepping into my 21st year of life(soon). where ur bank acc dun hav $500 mux minus money. some govt cpf bonus i'll be entitled to it also. omg!

life has been great. got to spend more time wif my frenz. went for my sec 4 class gathering last sat. which was also my one year anniversary wif my dear. =) bought fir's new album. ok. quite random. but i'm happy i found it. cox i went to two cd-rama and i couldnt see it. and a lot of sembawang music store closed down. when i visited their website i saw the announcement tt they opened their 20+ store in dec 2008. when i go under outlet. it's left wif 3 now!!! omg la. izzit the power of piracy too overwhelming? until the music stores cannot sustain? cox i think cd-rama is really in a bad shape too. =x suddenly i really the advertisement tt we always see before the start of the movie where the boy would say"daddy, what are these?" and the daddy would say "these are movie tickets" then the boy reply "movie tickets are what u buy to see a movie at the cinema" ... ... ... ...

if u've been watching movie i think you would have recollection of it. and i'm happy i managed to catch quite a bit of movies despite my busy schedule! x)

i might jux get a 4day sch week after 3 sems in nus! hahahahaha. but my thu is till 10pm? :O

omg omg omg! tml will be the LAST tuition for the year! bye to all 5 tuition kid of mine.(2 o lvl de long ago finish liao. think now enjoying themselves to the max.) since all graduating this year. i feel like a mother! seeing my kids graduate and feeling v touched! haha. ok la. jux being exaggerating. no motherly feeling. sisterly feeling more like it. since i'm not much older than them. and i FINALLY decided to ask my tuition kid if he is together with another tuition kid of mine.(both not from same jc) haha. cox i suspect long ago le. and the answer is YES! omg la! so cool! but a bit weird in some sense. both having A this year y both also wan tuition. ok la. is cox their standard at diff level. =x but they abit young now lei. i think by the time they get married i would be long forgotten and will not be invited! anyway. think too far liao. haha. x)

and i mugged at the library! omg la. first time step into library for this sem. as in considering go library to mug. haha. i still rmb the other time when i wanted to go sci library i still haven replace my matric card so i couldnt enter so i din go. lol! ytd was mugging with yinling at woodlands library and today at cck library with her again! =) miss the time we used to mug together. and without the distraction of my lappy and a mugging buddy, i managed to finish my agenda for both days. =)

and i shopped! online i mean. when i'm suppose to be studying. and studying started as late as 9plus pm ytd nite(mon) cox i was SO sick i slept for literally the whole day? =( sick since last week! omg la. it's like i'm always sick during the week before final exam but i've nv been so sick until one week still haven recover! boo~ it's not like i wanna toture myself. i wan to recover too! so i DID went to see doc last wed when i din recover since sick on mon. but the med did not work la! in fact it got worse cox there's blood in my mucus! T.T flu on mon and tue. stuffy nose since then. i TOTALLY cannot smell anything now. even for v strong smell. it is TOTALLY can. i even cried about it cox i got so scared cox it's so many days le i've been sleep early. had more than enuff slp since no sch le. drank lotsa water until stomach bloated but nv recover a single bit. cant smell a single thing!!! this morning i tried to smell ard again but still nth! of course not some disgusting smell la. i smell chocolate powder. perfume. scented lotion. argh. shall not trust the doc i see last week. hoho. anyway it's jux the clinic found in nus. ppl got tell me the med dun work le. but i still gave it a try. indeed it dont. but oh well. the only consolation is tt it's FOC. haha. so i now i understand better if u wan quality u got to PAY! go see private doc. zzz.

haven been blogging. so decided to do some blogging today. lol. bought tix to night safari at a discounted price from school. tot would go fri night cox got the halloween thing but oh great. it rained. and it rained HEAVILY. the sky darkened when we were on our way to cck cox we went town to get some stuff first since my lesson ended rather early on fri. tot we might take a chance but b4 we reach cck the rain fell. boO~ so the tix are still sitting in my bag right now.

so yup. went to douby guat to buy p.Osh brownie for two of my 'o' level tuition kids. since my lesson with them are ending le. wow. time really flies. one of the girl i've taught her for over a year alr. now it's good bye. first time seeing my tuition kid to graduation. feels kinda sad. =\ hope everything will work out fine and they'll get to go to which ever post secondary institute they wan. 3 more 'a' level kids to handle. rah. i din plan for so many tuition kids. long story~ anyway. i'm so packed w tuition i've been seeing one of the 'o' level kid for 4-5 times a week!!!

a record breaking of 6 consecutive day from 22oct to 27 oct. craziness. but tt's cox she started tuition late. started in aug. but she 'o' level this year lei. cant say no to extra tuition if i am able to make it. no-life-de-me. boo-ness.

and the kid whom i've taught since last year, her mum made sushi! and she gave me some. yum. =) i think i'll miss them~ both pretty girls. x)

all my tuition kids graduating this year. i'm so gg to miss them la~ ok. maybe not all. nxt year. new student. new start. hope i meet with nice ones. =) or please let me strike toto so tt i can no need teach tuition anymore. waha. ok. maybe dec i'll buy toto and try my luck. $_$

oh! finally the end of mid term test~ haha. half the battle gone? not true. since most of the mid term test is only 20-30% of the final grade? =\ and it's e-learning week up nxt~ first ever as far as i noe in nus cox they wan to test out if something happens such that schools hav to stop.is e-learning feasible anot. lol. so it's self proclaimed made up holiday~! x) since recess week was spent mugging. zzz. tut still goes on during e learning though. but jux nice my tuts are on tue and wed only~! haha. tt's y the holiday mood is there. woot~!

today's paper was the last and the worst i guess. cox i dun understand the mod and i duno wat i doing either. and i din get any answers for most of the part also. T.T but other than tt i think the other papers should be decent. except probably my first test also. cox i din score well. result's out for tt since it was taken b4 the recess week. but tt one i not so upset. cox actually is can do de. jux tt i din expect i wun hav enuff time and out of 8 qn 6 they wan us give the final ans only. they also no space let us write working so no working mark. tt's y ended up doing so badly. oops. =x

so ytd i went to sch jux to take 2 mid term papers. both coded 2101. (ec2101 and ma2101.) and they're one after another. and they're held in the same venue! haha. (uni so big. got a lot of halls for exam lor. some more one is arts mod one is sci mod) so when i came out for my first paper, i stood at the door w my frenz for like 20mins? and i'm back to the same hall again~! so cool la! haha. and both papers are my fav subj. =)

seriously lacking of slp. so i shall go catch more slp now~ yay~! e-learning week here i come~! =)

almost the end of study break~ ow~ looking forward to e-learning week~! haha. xp the best thing bout study break is tt i can slp in~! so shuang la. been slping like 10-12 hours per day? as compared to usual 6-8 hours? haha. and of course there's no reason for me to cab also. save money. ya. and now it's really v impt liao. cox one week le but still no news of my wallet yet. i think really gone for good le. maybe the person who got hold of my wallet see $2 inside nia then throw it into the rubbish bin le. =( grrr. i noe it's nv nice to curse other ppl. but still. especially if the person is a singaporean. u shd know i.c v impt de rite?!?!? argh. beware of karma k. my i.c cost me freaking three hundread sing dollars. xiao xin ar. u better dun bring a lot of cash wif u or wat ar. ltr become u the one crying.

received my first green packet in my entire life ytd~! lol. so cool la. but a bit ps also. =x went to my ex-colleague's hari raya open house. she invite only those tt worked in the same company only. so quite a lot of familiar faces here and there. then some malay colleagues brought their family along also. then one of small boy kissed everyone's hand. haha. ok. kiss duno is the correct word anot. but it's the malay culture. the gesture tt they do when they meet an elder. so cute la~! and also my first contact wif such stuff. haha. i think this kind of experience is v cool~ once in a lifetime thing. =)

first day they played station games... dry games....

then at nite there was SP interaction. haha. i was one of the sp ic. the seniors made them do some weird stuff like lying on the floor? lol~

one of the days they had to make sp gifts also. the girls make cardboard dolls while the guys fold flowers. v nice la~ but i din take any pic of the doll. oops. =\ got batman, wolverine etc de. so cute can~ the flower is the one tt the guy is holding. each guy will make 3 roses. haha. this guy is one of my freshies btw. not i purposely wan put his photo but i jux wan to show the flower. the other pics i hav all hold one stalk nia. lol~

then there was amazing race in sch and out of sch. but no pics. in sch de i was the station master for the blending game. where u pick out papers from containers which states what ingredient to blend tgt and u drink them down. eww~ lucky nv kena sabo to drink. haha.

then there's wet games also. but nv take pic cox busy cheering for the freshies. cheering is really impt. boosts morale.

day 4 was sentosa day. lots of weird games. the watermelon held by the legs is not a game. is they playing wif the watermelon AFTER the game. haha. actually for the game itself they need to eat the watermelon using their mouth only at the start and hands allowed after some time. sandy watermelon anyone?

went to Hortpark for dinner. they booked the function room for their SP revalation dinner. and yes i'm sure u can guess wat's the theme for the dinner. haha.

ok yes i'm here to blog like finally. haha. and along wif my i brought a few collages as usual. x)

starting from last sun, it was birthday celebration for ms tiffany. =)

met up wif qw ltr tt nite but she din wan to take pic. =\ earlier tt day we got the bdae girl to take photo wif some random ppl outside cine. hehe.

then for a while was busy wif SMO(singapore mathematics olympiad) stuff. first time doing inivigilations and some naughty ones use the rough paper fold paper balls, planes and frog. i bet those are forced to come or something. lol. then one day delivered the papers to the sch holding the exam at their own sch and another day was collection. we get to claim cab fee and we're paid! so cool la~ get to visit 21 schs in total! haha. but i only got 19 schs below i wonder y. =\

the job was relatively easy jux go to the general office say "hi we're here to send the SMO papers pls pass this to ___" and during collection "hi we're here to collect the SMO papers" and so on. haha. most of the teacher in charge would hav left the package wif the GO alr so it was quite smooth sailing for us. except there was one the teacher din prepare and was not contactable and it was near 5(where office would close) and we still had a few schs to run. lucky in the end everything turned out ok and we managed to accomplish our job. =)

oh i finally finished watching boys before flowers/boys over flowers(see diff name at diff places. =\) very nice! *thumbs up* and i realise a lot of ppl ard me are watching it too! haha. nice nice. ow~ now i duno wat to watch le. boo~ jap version de? lol. the only realise i'll watch it is probably to test how much of it i can understand? haha. wif my lvl 1 japanese knowledge. lol. the actors are not shuai at all. lol. maybe tt's y there wasnt so much of buzz when it came out as far as i can rmb. =x results' out in slightly less than 8 hrs' time! omg! but how come i'm not worried? cox i alr know wat to expect? this is no good~ haix. how am i to face the world after the release of results? =(

my memory is so poor now a days! i keep forgetting wat i'm suppose to do and wat is gg on and when. like few days back i keep telling different ppl i'll be busy on mon wed and fri this week but i simply CANNOT recall wat i hav on fri until this morning. -.-" but i think result release day is also fri? ey. not sure ey. =x

but i still rmb i had 4e2 class gathering and i went. haha. though it's sentosa, ms i-hate-the-sun still went cox i always belief tt it's the company tt counts. =) and she's got to learn to love mr sun more cox she'll be gg sentosa for at least 4-5 more times during the hols cox of the camps. T.T maybe i shd get myself a bikini soon. x) totally random. but actually i doubt i would. lol!

did a lil work. not job tt kind of work. but my SOW stuff. i started using photoshop and i'm getting the hang of it. it's quite fun actually. =) though many times i still not sure how to use the diff functions and stuff but at least i got the basics on hand alr. but then haven try out on photos. i think tt'll be harder ba. i'm only using photoshop to do programme booklet. haha. one more page to go. jiayous~

i cut my hair last fri and now it's super ugly can. b4 cutting i was thinking of dye-ing my hair de. cox see black hair until bored liao. and i also got the green light from my mom. but now see the state of my hair i decided to change my mind. go rebond! 1.5 yrs nv rebond le. some ppl chose the i-did-not-rebond-my-hair-b4 option in my fb quiz. jux goes to show how cui is my hair. boo. AND i'm gg to get grey contacts again! haha. heart v itchy. kp thinking bout it. ok la. like tt also good. imagine i dye my hair brown or red or other colours and i use grey contacts. it's gg to be weird~ vain vain vain. and jux in this mth itself i bought 2 new pairs of shoe! i think nxt sem it wun be slippers-everyday le. lol~

went for sow pre prep camp this week. these two days i've been camping in front of my com to watch "boys before flowers". lol. this was one drama tt i listed in one of the qn in my fb quiz and a lot of ppl picked this as my fav drama! lol. if i haven watch it b4 how can it be my fav? lol. there was this one day i walked past the living room and i saw this drama on tv. watched a lil bit and the korea version de hua zhe/ze lei is jux so shuai! haha. and most of the time he's dressed in white. like bai ma wang zi. haha. and as i watch many things ran thru my mind. i din noe how to organize them though. i jux knew. i cried. for some unknown reason when i was trying to psycho myself to slp. but wat i can say is. the reason is not cox of the drama. but something else.... ....

so sun to tue was at chalet @chervon's for the scamp&sow seniors' gathering. day one we tried out the games to be play by the seniors the nxt day. did modification and stuff. but day two itself it rained.and rained.and rained. boo~ lousy weather. and we had to squeeze hundred over ppl in one chalet! cox the other one was used to put belongings and the food for bbq tt nite. but at least we were still able to hold the bbq. good. the committee members' bbq was much ltr due to lack of space. so some of us were in the chalet watching the telecast of michelle chia's wedding and amazing race-final three! lol!

home on tue after mac breakfast. slacked a big before heading out again! haha. met up wif mr bf to go to shop at queensway ikea and area ard there. =) wed was day out wif ms yinling! haven see her for very long le! she shared her cambodia cip experience and we chatted lots while sshhooppiinngg at bugis street! haha. when i say shop i really shopped! we both spent quite a bit. even if i din the other day, ytd i puller mr bf to bugis to get some stuff tt i saw back then. x) hope to meet up wif more ppl soon! haha. and am definitely looking forward to sentosa on 23rd may! 4e2 gathering! weet~! but hor! i failed to get myself a nice cap till now! not tt i v picky. seriously i saw a few v nice de and reasonably prices. but all dun fit my head. =( boo~ not fit as in dun go well wif the shape of my head. lol~ jiu ming arh. nxt wed gg sentosa also cox of SOW pre prep camp. go there try out games. lol.

and for fri. it was my first kbox for the hols! lol. went all the way to kallang leisure park. the ulu shopping mall in sg. only 4 ppl so sang quite a bit. jux tt i choose to sing all the i-nv-sing-b4-at-kbox de songs and i know y i nv b4. cox all v hard to sing! lol. nvm la. only 3 other ppl ard ma. haha. sorry for torturing ur ears. oops! =x and yup. nite was bugis wif mr bf.

fri was purely slacking at home. but i guess i slacked too much until i din slp enuff and today feeling v tired the whole day and i had tuition at 8!!! so early can. jux like i din make it for my 8am lesson 90% of the time, i was late for tuition. =x dun fire me pls. i'm poor enuff alr.

but still. i treated my family dinner today(sat) in-lieu(is this the right word? =x) of mothers' day. cox tml i'll be away for chalet~ woot! but till now i still haven start packing my stuff. LOL!

oh yes! 2131 is over~ i din slp well last nite la. in fact i din slp well the day b4 also. b4 my first paper. but ytd de was worse! i dreamt of disgusting stuff like ants the size of a baby(!) and somemore duno who bring in front of me la! of course i screamed. i dun rmb wat else i dream about bout i rmb i kept screaming from time to time. =(

the paper ma. haix. dun really wish to comment. but i realise my helpsheet i din write sufficient examples to guide me~ instead i wrote too many proofs. oh well. we duno wat the teacher's standard also ma. nvm la. over le. but i cant believe that some ppl left ard half an hr after the paper! as in we can only leave earliest half an hr after the paper ma. then when half an hour le got like 4 ppl leave? omg! was it cox the paper was too easy for them or they gave up? or i see wrongly? but i noe got ppl leave la. was quite sure. ow. seriously hoping i can pass it. gimme more working marks~

and it's morning again~ my days are such a routine. morning wake up ard 9. eat breakfast fb a bit. study japanese. lunch. study math. evening go shower. slack. dinner. and more math. midnite. go slp. and the cycle repeats. T.T so no life can. there's so many things i wanna do! like go zoo(?) wif the girls.meeting up wif my sec sch and jc frenz.(gathering gathering!) shopping! (GSS! X) though still a distance away. but it's still during my hols anyway.) chill at starbucks wif my uni frenz(but tt's only one of the things we said we wanna do. lol.) go kbox wif the mathsoc girls+seniors.(and other places too!) be able to sit in my front of my com and fb the day away~ lol! and of course spend more time wif my mr boyfriend! haha. i realise we NEVER had a proper day out since sch started. so ke lian can! serious! cox my tuition always pops up at the wrong timing. =x sorry~! T.T tt's y i'm really really looking forward to gg out wif him. especially then i would not consistently be thinking bout sch work at the back of my head also. the feeling is jux SO horrible. zzz.

jux finished doing doing the online students feedback thing. where we would evalutate our lecturers and tutors and it took me like freaking 1.5 hrs to complete. zzz. why cant they put such stuff after the exams? =\ but if i dun do then i dun get 100 cors pts. which i can use for bidding modules. haha. i'm kiasu de lor. i wun let such opportunities go away. cox i wan take hot modules like econs and acc~ lol. at least for acc i wanna take the very fundamental de since i got poa background? haha. the other day my fren was reading his notes on acc which i forgot the code but i noe it's the most fundamental de. and i was able to ans his doubt~ so cool la. haha. i wanna take something tt i would hav chance to score~ though i noe it's not exactly the same tt i learnt but at least there's similarity?

met up wif some of my jap classmate (including my partner for my oral test) early in the morning. did some practise and tt somehow helped a lil. cox one of the dialogue which me and my partner went thru was one of the task given to us. haha. so we had no prob re-iterating tt. well. for jap oral u go in pairs. the sensei would ask u some qns individually first b4 giving some materials for us to perform dialogues. of course it's not exactly the ones we did in class. but somewhat similiar since they've got to us the stuff we learn b4 arh. tt marks the end of my jap lesson le~ the nxt time i see my classmates is probably during the final paper le. ow~ and i probably wun see everyone also. =\ seriously i like jap class. it's jux so fun~ and conversing wif the classmates wif are as ignorant as u, it jux gets v funny at times. gimme a gd grade pls~ so tt i'll be motivated to take jap 2~ woot~ now it's back to math math and more math. today is such an interesting day~! had to go sch earlier than i'm suppose to cox went to 2108 make up tut since i missed mine on tue. then went com lab to do a bit of math b4 joining xiaoyu and weihao for lunch. we lunch-ed at sun bistro! haha. my first time there. so kuku. =x but then again it's not somewhere many of us visit often since it IS a restaurant in at nus staff club and the meal cost us a total of ~$75 lol~ but it was a nice lunch wif nice ambience nice food and nice company. =) then short dinner wif bf after sch. but the best or maybe i SHD say the worst part was tt i realise i lost my wallet after quite a while after i reach home! panicked and called up my bf and he rushed to search for me at ljs where we had our dinner.(since he happen to reach interchange after sending me home) lucky it was at the counter. whoever found it really THANKS! cox got a lot of impt things inside and i've alr lost my ic once le. if i'm to remake it AGAIN i think it's gg to cost me $300?!? tt's wat i heard. well. the first time u remake can cost u up to $100 le so $300 sounds feasible. dashed out of hse. half run half walk to meet up wif him at yew tee mrt! ow~ i'm SO lucky to have u! thanks lots!!! and he walked me home AGAIN~ =)

a rather peaceful friday the 13th. glad nth bad happen to me. neither did i hear anything bad happen to the ppl ard me. =) great. tml would be a better day~ yay~ oh. yew tee finally has old chang kee and subway~ lol. not tt i'm a fan of subway. the only thing tt attracts me is the cookies! yum yum. double chocox is love! x) everytime pass by yew tee always v sian got nth to eat. is either waffle or bread. zzz. now got more choices! cox of the yew tee residence. the first lvl and basement they open up shops. haha. i hope they got mr bean too~ lol. ok. if yew tee dun hav can they hav one at buona vista? cox they gg hav buona vista xchange there. x) so random~ haha. jux too excited bout tml. meeting up wif boyfriend in the afternoon then evening gg my fren's 21st bdae party~ wonder how my 21st would be like. i think will be quite chui. cox it falls on the cny week~!!!! my fren who is one yr older than me is fretting over this issue also. so poor thing. ow~ cox our bdaes are on weekdays. then got sch. so we tot we might wan a belated celebration tgt on weekend or something. was thinking of holding a chalet tgt. BUT! sat is chu qi! ren ri! firstly. some families would have the tradition of eating tgt on tt day. if not, ppl might still wan to go house visiting~ ah~ chui. how? how? how? oh ya. so if u count backwards. it means tt v day and cny falls on the same day~! how cool is tt. imagine the couples wan spend time tgt but the restaurants are all closed! even if celebrate on day earlier, it's the nite where ppl eat reunion dinner. lol. then the streets would be so cny-ish rather than valentine-ish. day after v day is chu er ppl would wan go hse visiting also. and still. many places are not open arh. lol. so cool la~ i think it'll be interesting to find out how the individual couples are gg to celebrate this special day. woot~ at least tt's the info i got. i din really go check it out if it's really v day and cny on the same day. lol. ok. still quite far away. now only march. woops. haha. jiu randomly link dao.

oh i suddenly rmb why i wanted to blog. cox during jap tut we sang song again~ it's the ponyo tt movie the song. haha. co cutE~ i'm really falling in love wif japanese as a whole. cox i get to meet a lot of ppl. considering the fact tt i have three tuts + one lec a week. and all three tuts u see diff ppl. and the lessons are so interactive too~ not like other tut. i can NEVER talk to anyone tt i dont know for ALL the tut. cox firstly there's no reason for me to as the lessons are not interactive as there's lil discussion. and the lessons are face paced. so u literally hav no time to talk to anyone. even my eng class which is supposedly to be more interactive de. the only ppl i noe is also those from my debate grp de. =x but at least they are nice ppl. =) and oh yay~ there's no eng lesson for me nxt week~ it means i dun hav any 8am lesson nxt week~ woot~! my tue is shortened by 2 hrs! 3 hrs actually. cox the last 2 hr lec is used for mid term paper which last for one hr only. =) cool~ but then again. i got this feeling there might be meeting after sch on tue. =\ oh well. at least it's not as tiring. hehe.

reached home at 3pm today. tt's so early and so rare~ considering the fact tt i end at 6 on all other weekdays and sometimes wed i'll hav duties or other sort.

hope tonite would be a productive nite for me. cox my sch work is in quite a bit of mess now. =( watched half a webcast. since i watched the other half for mid term alr. i personally prefer watching webcast at home! cox can pause to write the notes and i usually watch at times where i'm less likely to fall aslp. i seriously hate the idea tt i always fall aslp during lesson. so. i've decided to come up wif a plan. i shall slp by 1 every nite and wake up at 8 regardless what time is my lesson. except probably tue and fri since my lesson starts at 8. =\

i need more(!!!) discipline. ow. i'm so tempted to repaint my nails now! lol. cox the colours are falling off le. but i think i'll probably go to slp after tt? nonono. so i shall spent my lil break on blogging then back to work le. ok. not really a lil break. cox was blogshop-hopping jux now. haha. quite addicted to online shopping recently.(so much tt i've got myself ibanking! received the device from the bank today. cool~) bought a few stuff le. waiting for them to arrive. woot~! but haven bought any clothes though. which i shd! seriously my small variety of clothes is making me feel like NOT gg to sch! if every lesson there's webcast i'll probably jux stay at home instead! lol. but then again. if every lec there's webcast then the lecturer is probably gg to find himself talking to an empty or rather quite empty de lecture hall ba. lol.

i'm so~ looking forward to the end of this sem. but then again. hols would still be VERY busy for me. i've already got 5 camps lined up alr!!! + 1 chalet aka seniors gathering. LOL. i rmb ranting bout gg to camp. but now. how come i'm got myself enrolled in these stuff i dun really noe also. =\(but all these boils down to two activites only. SOW+scamp) many at times i duno how things happens. classical example. entering math society. haha. i luff everytime i tell my frenz bout the story how i got in. it's so unbelieveable. at least for me. i still think it's quite amazing. but of course. i'm glad to hav met all the nice ppl there. so maybe i shd stick to my believe tt everything happens for a reason. and most of the time u'll find something gd out of it. =)

it's tue again~! the day of the week that i hate the most! and i'm sure i dun hav to repeat myself y. i've probably mentioned it a million and one times to the ppl ard me. and the day ended wif additional mid term paper. the paper isnt really much like the past yr paper which the lecturer put up for us to try. a lot of thinking is needed. simply not enuff time~! ow. one down two more to go. or rather 3 more. the stats mod got 2nd mid term nxt nxt week. lol. hope can do equally well. hehe. rmb i mentioned tt it's a paper tt it's quite impossible to fail? it's true! the whole cohort nobody failed! the min mark was 17 out of 30. and the median was 26! LOL. and i managed to do slightly better that. ^^ i think it's my best paper in nus so far! haha. but it's jux one of the two mid term paper and the each of the weightage is only half tt of the final paper? =\ oh well. better than nth. morale booster. hehe.

one less tue to endure. but at least today ended on a gd note. cox boyfriend came to nus to fetch me~ wee~ happie me. =)

recess week is over~ and my revision is so chui~ T.T i really duno where my time all flew to. i din even have the chance to pick up my contact lens which was ready since tue. and the opticial shop is jux right at yew tee. some of the days is either i'm too early the shop haven open, or it's too late the shop close liao. zzz. and i din manage to find time to cut my hair too~ ow~ all the lil lil things. and not to mention. revision+tutorials! this is gg to be such a horrible week for me. =(

it's the recess week~! omg! so fast la! mid term is coming! oh wait. i mean it already came technically. cox i had my first mid term paper ytd! lol. it was a mcq paper and it's more like a nobody will fail kind of paper. cox we're tested the VERY VERY basic of statistics. the paper din even cover conditional probability! lol. so yup. i would say it's a gd start here. at least i'm not demoralised and not hav the will to study on... this week is impt! lotsa catching up to do. so mux jy le~! =) but there's still bonding session to go for. kbox! weet~! they sort of make it compulsory for the math soc ppl to go so well. one lesser day to study~ oops. =x

another stage of life. now i'm no longer 1X but now is 2X le~! ow. but still at the early stage so mux cherish my youth~! haha. so yup~! had a great day ytd and received lotsa wishes thru sms and facebook and in person and not forgetting the phone call i got at 00:00:15 =) thanks a lot! to everyone. and also thank you~ to those who gave me presents/cake love them ALL. ^^

the only pity is that my birthday had to fall on tue. my MOST chui day. yes yes. i repeated this to MANY ppl and MANY times le. but i jux wanna rant. tue is from 8am to 6pm (gozen hachi ji kara gogo roku ji made desu-hope i got it rite. recent jap lesson we've been talking bout time....) wif ONLY ONE hr break. T.T how pathetic. so not much chance to take photo. but i did take grp photo wif my og mates after one lec on mon. cox one of the girl is one day older than me~

they made a personalised tee for her. and they got me many bottles of nail polish+nail buffer+sticker+nail balm+remover. nicely packed in a purple box~! haha. ok. the purple box is trivial but it's a great gift! tks.cox i always like dolling up my nails. hehe. but i haven got the time to paint my nails yet. =\ for now. most impt is study~! i mean. study has always been impt. jux tt this fri i having my first mid term paper for this sem. so. jyjy le. =)

happy (belated) valentine's day to all~! this yr valentine's day is SO~ happening!

it started on fri when me and sun1 xiao jie decided to walk ard bazaars like we always do whenever there's chance. then since it's valentine's day we tot we'll wan to buy gifts for our seniors to thank them for anything and everything! lol. then we saw a few ppl holding balloons and since we din see any booth selling balloons, sun1 xiao jie went up to one girl wif the balloon and tapped her to ask where she got the balloon. she said biz and yup. off we go on the shuttle bus to biz~! lol. so cool. but we found out the balloon was quite ex. =\ so we settled for one for the pretty ah le jie! headed over to central lib(my second time gg in la! haha. so li hai can. x) ) so tt we can "surprise" her. but apparently she spotted us first. =\

took photo wif her and we left. cox we still got lecture ltr on and we need to buy gifts for the other seniors too. but then nth at central lib tt caught our eyes were of affordable price range. considering the fact tt u're buying for a few of them. so we headed back to sci and bought lil ribbon roses instead. and we had to run! cox we're late for lesson le. oops. quickly made our purchase and quickly go back to msr to give the roses away.

after lecture went to the bazaar once more to hunt for yanjun's present since both of us are v grateful towards him for all the things he had done for us. so we tot we wan to get him something better. and he's got the most expensive gift of all~! lol. we also personally headed over to his LT to pass him the present. hehe. we went all out to show our sincerity. hope he's happy to receive the present and tt he'll kp it properly~! =)

jux when we tot tt the excitement has ended, our normal dinner time ended wif mini ice-cream buffet! lol. cox there's a comm selling ice-cream and since it's the last day of bazaar le. so they got to clear the stock and sell them cheap. so we got the remains of the chocolate tube(imagine the BIG tub u see in those ice cream shops. plus other flavoured ice cream added too!) 4 of us ate but we din manage to finish everything cox it's simply too much! lol.

so much for friday the 13th! lol. i din really realise actually. i jux tot it was v day eve tt's all. and it's so fun! wonder wat's friday the 13th gg to be like the nxt month. something interesting too?

we had so much fun i really wish i had pics to post up but most of the photos in xiaoyu's phone. i only got one pic tt i took wif yanjun(and his present~). but cannot post la. ltr my boyfriend angry. =x

whoops. haven been blogging again~! cox i've been busy~! tuition hav resumed since last sun. ow. lesser time for ~~playing~~studying. but tt also means money coming in~!(since one kid paid in advance and one kid jux nice 4th lesson le.) waha. i'm outta poverty for now~ woot~! so happy sia. ^^

other than tt, met up wif some frenz on sun for dinner and dinner wif yinling ytd! yay~! haven see them for like mths! =\

so ytd headed down to marina square since there's a lot of makan places there. eventually we settled for changing appetite. weekdays ma. jiu not packed. the atmosphere there quite gd. the food also not bad. then we got sofa seats also. so we jux chatted the nite away. =)

attempted to sing do-re-mi in jap today~! lol. u noe the song tt goes doe.a deer a female deer~ haha. so like nursery la! but it was kinda cool cox we had our sensei playing the guitar! she's a female ard sanjusai to yonjusai. tt's y we all cheered for her when she played the guitar. so cool~! haha. loving jap more and more. ^^ jux tt the workload is really killing me. today i had vocab quiz. tml also got! and it's two different sets of words! zzz. somemore got homework. which some of the words i dun really understand cox everything's in jap. =x

today is like the longest day ever~! by my 4th lesson i'm almost dead le. zzz. and then there was a fifth lesson and tuition at nite! zzz. and now. i shd be doing my jap. oops.

today. i went into the wrong class~! waha. wat a joke. it all started when i reach sch at 9. then i went into s14. and searched for 01-16. by then the teacher had started teaching on how to use MATLAB. a programme for matrix de. the room was already full. wif ALOT of PRCs(i got nth against them. pls let me cont the story first.) there's only two com left. one at the v end of the room so i took the one nearest to me. but it turned out tt the com was locked and i couldnt unlock it. but the teacher was talking so i din wan to stand up. so i stared at the demo she was doing instead. then a while ltr someone went over to the other available com cox his had some prob. then i tot to myself. oh great. now i'm stuck wif this un-useable com. after a v long while when the teacher or rather what we call TA(teaching assistant.) finished her demo then i seeked her help. she cant unlog either. so she went out to get help from some technical assistant. the person helped me unlocked the com le but then i cant log in to the programme! the thing show max user exceeded. so i got to call for help again. eventually it took me a long while before i really hands on on the MATLAB thing. then the TA took attendance. and i realise all the names are chinese names! and eventually my name was not called. then i sort of like doubt myself if i'm at the right place. and i went online to check my timetable. and it turned out to be 01-19 instead! lol. great. but i was too lazy to move already. after so many incident. and it was like 20mins till the end of lesson only. and it's also MATLAB ma. so i stayed on lor. but the TA also din realise i nv raise my hand for attendance at all though i've called for her a few times le. lol. so paiseh~!wat a way to start my day. lol. and p.s this is the FIRST lab so if u're thinking sch start so long le still can go wrong class then u're wrong. i'm not THAT blur la. =\

last week day of the week is over~! and i'm not cheering though i have programmes lined up for the weekends. cox my sch work is piling up!!! =( so many things to do so lil time. been hanging out till late v often recently. mon and tue there's the cny. wed sent axg off. ytd was out wif some frenz. then today in sch for steamboat and karaoke! haha. yup. i mention karaoke. when i saw them mention ktv session i was like"ey. how they gg to do tt?" turn out they did! there's the audio equipment locked up in some cupboard. then a senior brought mikes. then there's a projector and a big screen outside LT25 which i nv noticed b4. and connect a lappy and search for vid on youtube and there u hav it! cool huh. but then today i nv sing tough. scared to embarrass myself. muaha. x)

tutorials hav started and jap is really cool~! haha. cant believe i said tt. BUT! it's also quite a headache for me. cox half the time i dun understand wat the sensei is talking bout. cox like i mention, tutorials are conducted in japanese! zzz. i'll try my best though. jiayou le.

ytd was quite an interesting day~! the last day of sch for the week before the long weekend. ok. the sching part wasnt so interesting. 8am lesson again. and i was like the second last to reach? (but the last was only 10sec behind me. -.-") dozed off at some pt so it's terribly early~! argh. then there was a long 4 hrs break.had a lil meeting. did a lil work. took a lil photo. went for my scamp interview which i was slightly late cox i forgot bout it. =x not sure how i did but oh well~

then 2 lectures back to back and the second one ended after 1hr 15mins! when it's suppose to be ard 1hr 45mins. so i went to msr to do some reading for my math while waiting for yanjun and shaox. dinner-ed wif their frenz whom i duno. then shaox went off for his lecture then me and yanjun started our roaming ard.

yanjun was suppose to head to airport to send chin fung off but he was v kind to company me to rail mall to surprise someone. but since we were early we went to bukit timah plaza to hunt for something first. haha. in the end we were still early. sat at a busstop slightly further away from rail mall so tt we wun get spotted in any case and had a lil chat. suddenly plan change cox the grp at rail mall was rather late for their plan. so i decided i would jux turn up for the surprise and leave for airport! =x so after the thing me and yanjun were on the road again. we took 67 to kallang then change mrt. the journey was rather interesting. y? cox we past by a lot of places we've been b4! as in wif the other seniors over the hols. there was the timah market which we were there for dessert once, then there was newton, then there was lil india. and finally kallang! that's where u'll take bus to the leisure park and that's the kbox tt wun chase ppl out even until 830pm or was it 930 pm? (when the session is suppose to end at 7. x) )

chin fung's taking A380 overseas! omg. so cool la. he say tt the lower deck de cost 1.8k and upper deck de cost 10k+! tt's so ex~! at the airport we took some photos. chatted a lil here and there. but we couldnt stay for long cox the last train leaves rather early from the airport. but in the end we still missed it! T.T so we had to bus home. but then there's no bus for me~! ow. i rmb long long time ago during my sec sch time there was one. cox on few occasions me and my fren took it from sch to airport b4~! haha. but the journey is SO long~ but now the bus no more le. zzz. so the alternative was 858 which would take me to woodlands. then maybe i can cab there? then axg and yanjun decided tt maybe i can try to catch the train to je at khatib. and i did! i mean we did! me and yanjun. cox he got a bus he can take at khatib but then it was opposite. so he wasnt sure if he wan to risk gg over to wait since the last train to je was approaching in 5mins. it's either he get it or he lose both. so he decided to train instead. at least it'll be nearer to home for him.

and since 302 operate till late i had no prob getting home at all. tks for ensuring tt i got home safely~ and i din cab today! the usual me would hav either
1.cab to rail mall since it's kinda outta the way
2.cab home from airport since i missed the last train
or 3.cab from woodlands which is the final stop for 858(if they din teach me to try catching the train at khatib)

and yup. khatib is also one of the places tt we visited! ok. maybe not visited. hm. pass by? ey. dunno. cox last sun we jux went to weihao's hse which is at khatib to play wii ! so interesting~! we actually pass by 5 places tt we've been b4 in one nite! and it shows tt i've been travelling round sg! lol. and i suppose it's cox the seniors are living all ard sg! haha. ah~ the hols is fun~ but school's starting already. time to get serious! jiayou le!

it's thu again! tt means i hav jap lecture today~! hoho. half the time i din understand wat she was teaching. (those spoken in jap which she din translate) and when tut starts, i'll hav jap from tue to fri! other 3 days are tut. and for some tut we're expected to PERFORM(which literally meaning inclusive of body language) dialogues which is found in the textbook. zzz. and yup. class participation is graded. jap is a freaking 70% for CA and only 30% for finals lor. usually finals stand a percentage of 60% and above. (tt's the norm i suppose). so every tut is impt. and tut is entirely in japanese! ah~! how am i to survive? especially 2 tuts are 2 hrs long. =( got to jyjy v hard le~!and i jux started on my katakana only. =x

on top of that, today was 3 lectures back to back! tiring ey. headed to sch for lunch first wif the seniors+xiaoyu then chiong over to arts since lunch started late. and jap lesson dragged a lil. so had to rush back to sci after lesson. squeezed at the door of the bus. zzz. then it was probability lecture. the lecture which the lecturer always fails to upload lecture notes beforehand and who say he's following the textbook closely which is actually not. cox none of us can find wat he's teaching from the textbook lor. -.-" and one who say will open online forum due to student's request but he will NOT participate(other lecturers open forum voluntarily and DO participate de lei!!!). looks like every sem there's one lecturer which i will blacklist. lol.

ok. enuff of rants. ytd me went shopping~! yay! met up wif haihui aka my advisor to shop at penisula plaza.city link.suntec.bras basah.bugis! and having rough idea bout wat to get makes everything easier. =) by the end of the day my hands are full of shopping bags! great sense of man3 zu2 gan. but after all the LONG~ walking i still went to hav supper~! yay! happy day for me. ^^

second week of sch has started. got the results of my tutorial balloting too. like finally. but there's one mod which i fail to get the slot ~~i want~~. i can only fit into ONE tutorial slot and i din get it. zzz. so i'm tutorial-less for tt mod! lol. will see how again tml ba. as for the rest 7 tutorials tt i'm suppose to ballot, 6 are my first choice. =) and nope. i dun hav any free day. but then i think it's better this way. if not my other days would be v cramp. my tuedays and fridays are like 8am to 6pm! bifen did her hiragana~! omg. so cheem~! i only managed to rmb the first 25 characters after 4 hrs of lecture! hmmm. but tt's quite gd le isnt it? considering the fact tt i got to focus on my lec too. xp the words in the book are still so foreign to me. and i've only got two weeks to learn them!!! when tut starts there'll be quiz every week! omg. zzz. i wonder if i'll even be able to read the qns... lol. jiu ming arh~!

ok. anyway. ytd was a free day for me(but not for long when tut starts i'll be gg to sch on wed too.) caught up on my slp. so shuang~! =) then some reading here and there and dinner wif xiaoyu.weihao.yanjun.axg.yujie. except for the cpl and myself, the rest were late... and i started to emo a lil. (b4 the cpl came to meet me.they were at somewhere else) oh no. hm. i also duno y. =( then dinner at shokudo(pasta and pizza) the pizza is nice!!! we ordered 3 sets to share among ourselves. hehe. and the whole meal(plus our individual pastas of course) was a treat by weihao.yujie and yanjun. THANK YOU~! (for one moment i'm thinking how to express this in japanese ._. ahh~! it's arigato wif a dash above the o. hoho. i checked my jap book. )

after dinner was impromtu k session at partyworld. intented to go to the one st senton way. missed our stop and quite a hard time trying to get our way back. and again i emo-ed. ahh... so sorry to those at k. xiaoyu.yanjun.axg.yujie. hope i din affected u all too much. =\ but i hope u all noe y i emo. oops. =x

it's the first day of sch~! and tt's my new super cute sch bag~! muaha. is cute de lor! x) went to sch wif one textbook and came back wif 3! lol. heavy sia. but i look more like a mugger now rite? =p ok. tt's quite self deceiving but nvm. there's more textbook to come. especially japanese! they are asking us to buy $80 worth of bookS and cd. i think learning a new language is exciting! jux hope i can master it well. it's been a long time since i learn something TOTALLY new! ahh~! *excited* lectures from 2-6pm again tml~! woot~!

NOW at this very moment it's still 0000. ok. it's 0001 now. lol. so there goes the last day of my hols... and it's hello to sch term again. ow. totally enjoyed myself this hols. though it was short, but it's definitely fun filled. =) and my hols concluded wif a dinner wif some of my seniors at novena. and dessert at bugis! hehe. outing wif them is always filled wif endless laughters. it's jux so fun always! and it's probably the last few outings wif axg le. cox he's gg over to denmark for exchange! so cool can. i'll probably NOT hav a chance to go for exchange. me too poor le. boo-hoo. the least amt spent i heard so far also need 11k la! jux for one sem. omg. wonder how long it'll take me to save up tt amt. =\ but i do hope i'll get to go for overseas graduation trip~! i wanna travel wif my frenz~!

yay! so bidding is finally over for me. concluded wif one last mod today. japanese1!!! bifen is gg to learn a new language~! so cool can. though i dun really hav the confident tt i can handle it. cox my language is jux ave? =\

and my old lappy crashed! T.T but i managed to get into safe mode and transfer my file over. but i duno wat to do wif it sia. i duno how to save it! my computing mod din teach me how to save com! haha. in fact there's totally no link to it la. as in cz is not something u would actually apply. unless u're writing a program for certain purpose and at our lvl, the best we can do is probably write out a calendar(it's suppose to print out a yr of calendar by enter the day of the first day of the yr and viola~ there u hav it. nicely arranged wif the correct no. of days of each mth and the month nicely printed on it.) haha. or solve matrix prob or complex no. ok. sounds quite mathematical. well. it's not a core module for no reason u see.

i've finished packing my notes for the last sem. and printed the first chapter of one of the mod already. tml. the last day of hols, i'm dedicating it to 3 tuition! gosh. wat a bad way to end the hols. oh well. no choice i guess. i've been financially independent for almost a yr now. and it'll be weird and rather inappropriate imo tt if i were to go out of the room and tell my parents. "hey. i dun wan give tuition le! can u gimme allowance?" =\

so ytd was dinner wif the seniors, val and sun1 xiao jie~ aka sun1 mummy, at newtons! yay! we had stingray and satay which we din get to eat during the bbq at chalet. hehe. yummy. the stingray was super spicy. but then i forgot which stall was tt le. haha. been to newton for stingray quite a few times this yr le. and i think ytd's was the most spicy le. shiok. heh. then there was other dishes too. prawn omelette.black pepper chicken and baby kailan. the two cpl had something else cox weihao cant take seafood. =\ ps ey. but like i always say, it's the company tt counts isnt it? x) finished dinner at 10+ but some of us craved for dessert! hehe. abit hard to decide where to go for dessert cox we aint sure which places operates till late. in the end we settled for bukit timah market! since it's convenient to go there and quite convenient for most of us to go home. hehe. it was a short stopover b4 we're on the road again. this time. home. and yup. i had great company home again~! xin fu is the word. x)

i guess there's so more outing for me le. my weekends are jux tuition and more tuition. T.T me.wan.go.shopping.! argh. cny dinner anyone?

yay~! back from chalet. had tonnes of fun at both chalet. yup. got two chalets.~~back to back~~ overlapping. so i had to leave earlier for one and well. i did leave earlier for the other also. =\ cox was too tired le. but overall it was still a 3D2N stay. mininal slp. but i guess it's part bout gg to chalet isnt it? hehe. then there was also bidding in the midst of chalet. and it's horrible la. duno wat the ppl thinking sia. they actually jerk up CORE modules as high as 457 bid pts!!! but tt's for my lecture grp. the other one was 600++ pts. siao ey. one sem they only help u top up 600 pts and u excees them on one mod. lamo~! i'm a victim. T.T another mod i used 250 pts. so for myself, i used up 707 already. zzz. and i not really sure wat's the 5th mod tt i wanna take. anyhow take oops. not a wise choice. but i hav limited power to choose u see. haix.

nvm. forget bout bidding. so mon met up wif the seniors earlier for lunch and bringing of stuff over from axg's house to chalet. checked in but was given the room beside the one assigned cox the auntie haven finish cleaning yet. and from wat we saw, the previous grp sure did create a big mess. zzz.

slacked a bit. did somemore bidding. then went to ntuc to finish up buying wat we lack of. then back to chalet and played a lil cards b4 the start of bbq. and i'm guilty to say tt i only help to eat. whoops. there was a lot of chicken wing left over cox they overestimated. and otah which was sort of neglected during bbq. so it was till the VERY end then they realise still got some more left. lol.

then some ppl left. the seniors went to airport to send off their fren. only left my og ppl at chalet. so we played more cards. i think the whole nite we jux played cards. lol. but then u got to agree tt it's always the company tt matters. not the game tt we play rather. and the guys were kind enuff to leave the comfort of the aircon room to play downstairs when the girls took their turns to bathe. if not it'll be SO quiet. since we were bathing at like 3-4am in the morning? scary ey. =\
oh ya. forgot to mention ours was a double storey de. hehe.

then after cards we also went to walk walk b4 heading for breakfast. and the experience at the mac was quite a bad one. there wasnt enuff orange juice to go round, one of my fren got a diluted green tea, and i got a mcsaussage muffin w egg BUT there was no egg in it. zzz. con my money.

after breakfast we went back to slp a lil it was really lil. like 2 hours? then we went to kbox! yay! all time favourite pastime. hehe. i think this hols i went 3-4 times le! x) well. considering it's a short 5 weeks break so 3-4 times is quite a lot le isnt it? =)

then played a lil arcade and i had to leave for another chalet. but then in the midst i still went back to visit them. hehe. cox the other grp had early dinner and pool. i was too full for dinner and i'm too tired for pool. so i joined my seniors back after their cycling. (i missed cycling. ow. =( haven cycle for quite a while already. ) and i went to find them once more ltr the nite cox the sow grp came back quite late. and i was feeling bored from watch tv! lol. then we went walk walking at the beach. had a great chat wif yanjun when the both of us went walking randomly. yay! i always enjoy the lil chats we hav here and there. it's jux so interesting. hehe. full of laughter at times. and full of emotions at times.

then i went back to the other chalet. they played pictionary. their all time favourite. haha. they would give 5 words each to the opponent team and would designate certain words to be acted out. so funny la. then i fell flat at duno wat time. oops. morning was subway. ahhh... haha. i'm not one who likes to eat subway. but then there wasnt much choice available early in the morn and i definitely dun wanna go back to mac. zzz. played a lil game wif the other comm members after lunch as in those not from sow de. got rag,DnD and scamp. then after games played a lil mj! haha. i v long nv play mj le.... ahhh~! i hope there'll be mj sessions during the cny period! hehe. and speaking of cny. i've yet to do my cny shopping! ohoh. and sch is starting.... and i've yet to finish my bidding! zzz. so slow lei. and everyday got to worry bout wat mod to take. haix. i'm still lacking one mod! cox i got outbidded for 2 of my backup mods. and the third one i hav in mind is almost like impossible to get. cox according to the past statistics the winning bid pts is way above wat i hav in my acct now. SIANX!

anyway. back to chalet. thing. i left after mj. hehe. and i even enjoyed the journey home~! muaha. though it was a super long journey from the east to the west. but then again. it's the company tt counts isnt it? xp

few days of 2009 hav past. am i'm loving it~! been enjoying myself recently. =) and i really am. work has reduced. this whole mth i'm only gg to work for 2 days! lol. but i'm not complaining. seriously. i think my in charge was quite shocked when i say i'm ok wif working jux two days for the whole mth. it means literally i'm not getting much money but well. think of the bigger picture. after seeing my results. i dun really think i would wan to work much anymore. i think ppl would jux tell me to give it up altogether. but one hundred dollar also money two hundred dollar also money. i still rmb last yr ard june ba. all my tuition kids are like asking me to stop tuition for a while. so i was so glad i still holding on to my this job la. if not i'll probably hav to survive on bread. lol. i dun really like the idea of digging into my savings which i've been doing recently. this hols also not much tuition. zzz. cox all of them went overseas at some pt of time. ow. i'm stuck in sg the whole hols! T.T

ok. so anyway. one of the 2 days tt i'll be working is over le. so left wif one more day. so it almost like i wun be working for this mth. jux study study and more study. and speaking of study, the bidding period is here again! and sian la! this time round is so hard to get the modules i wan! the bid pts are quite high for some. not like last sem. i used one pt each for ALL my 5 mods. xp and they open the first round for so many days! so ppl hav so much time to kp jerking up the pts! zzz. it's one of the rare times which they open one round for so long according to my seniors. and got few more rounds to go. but spaces are limited. it jux gets harder. and i'm gg to do bidding at chalet~! lol. how cool is tt. tml is the day! wee~!

and yes, i'm suppose to be at the supermarket wif them now but i'm not. so sorry. cox i met up wif my family for dinner. =\

will c them tml then. haha. actually i've been seeing my seniors quite often recently. few days back. was chinatown, after tt on fri we went habourfront for lunch and then west coast park. then ytd i met up wif two seniors for dinner and chat! so cool la. though half the time when sit down and CHAT, wethey are talking bout math! lol. but the way they talk bout it can be quite interesting at times. but since i'm the only junior, and most of the things they talk about i've yet to learn, i listen much more than i speak. but of course not everytime only math la. they seriously are NOT boring ppl can. half the time they are talking bout math. but MOST of the time i'm luffing la! haha. interesting ppl indeed.

but the best part of 2009 is not jux bout hanging out wif frenz and stuff. and bidding is definitely NOT contributing to my happiness. zzz. it's bout the day that my life changed.and of course for the better. *grins*

oops. haven been blogging since the last christmas update. lol. now it's gg to be new yr already! wa. so 2008 is going off and it's hello~ 2009! wonder wat 2009 is gg to be like for me. 2008 ma. i would say it's a pretty gd yr. work. get results. go uni. started my nxt stage of life. though the first sem's result is horrible, but i think i'm strong enuff to move on and not feel like backing out anymore.(well. i did wanted to back out of sch after i got back my mid terms results. but now no more. ) and it's great fun hanging out wif frenz. be it the og grp. i still rmb the outing after our exam... or be it wif the seniors. it's always fun! but i looks like now it's harder to meet up wif the older frenz. well. but i'm glad i made it to the guides' annual dinner at mrs chua's house. and occasional dinner wif my girls.and not forgetting movies wif the class too. (the v few which i made it. =x) but still din get a chance to meet up wif my sec sch frenz! T.T

jux ytd i went out wif my seniors to klunch. a treat from AXG and yj. tks a lot! =) enjoyed myself. and i finally got a chance to hear shaoX sing in k! omg. pro-ster can. seriously it's like he's the singer of the song la! but yes. the others sang well too. =) after tt went chinatown walk walk. explore like nv explore. cox we're more into our convosation then to be looking at our surrounding. hehe. so interesting can.

and the nxt thing to look forward would be the chalet nxt week! yay! so exciting. sun we're gg to visit the supermarket together and work on a tight budget. and discuss bout how to marinate chicken! haha. none of us did tt b4. lol. it'll be fun! we might jux come up wif a new secret recipe. haha.

been gg for christmas gatherings recently. missed out the one wif s24 at david's hse. quite a pity. but well. the other one was arranged quite long ago. jux like wat happened last week to the e2 gathering. it happened again. oh well. but i still had fun. =) but no photos for tt yet. cox haven see any of them posting on their facebook. so yup. will show the others then...

then we headed over to great world. cox we was at a coffee shop near there for dinner... but there's nth much to see. since it was kinda late already. shops were closing and stuff. so we decided to cam-whore in the toilet instead. hehe. cox wr mention tt every lvl is a different theme. and indeed it is. is nice de lor...

christmas eve was down wif flu. wat bad timing. mux be the weather too cold for me. lol. but i wouldnt mind if i was snow. haha. random. yes i noe sg wun snow. but a white christmas is definitely lovely~ hope nxt time i'll get to travel overseas for christmas! hehe.

still went to work though. cox they'll really need the help they can get. and a fren came by after my work and gave me this present...
